Husain, Neurology faculty shine at ICCN
The International Congress of Clinical Neurophysiology (ICCN) held its 31st meeting in Washington, DC, last week, thanks to the work and leadership of Aatif Husain, MD. Husain was part of the Congress' scientific advisory board, chaired its program planning committee and has worked with the American Clinical Neurophysiology Committee (ACNS), which hosted the ICCN, for years. Other Department faculty also played a large role. Saurabh Sinha, MD, PhD, was on the ACNS organizing committee; ACNS chapter representative Don Sanders, MD, received the ICCN's Robert S. Schwab Award. Lisa Hobson-Webb, MD, organized and presented two extended sessions on neuromuscular imaging. Several other members of the Department, including Matt Luedke, MD, authored posters or abstracts at the event.
